Many a child has been known to wait all year to come back to Gan Yisroel! From our Discoverer division to our Pioneer division, campers enjoy a wide range of exciting activities, learning, and field trips in a warm and spirited atmosphere.
Our campsite, located at the Lubavitch Center of Baltimore, is uniquely suited for a great camp experience. Its spacious indoor facilities and beautiful wooded outdoors are the perfect setting for a wonderful and exciting summer.

More About Our Camp
Programming
Includes, Learning, Sports, Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Field Trips, Music, and Special Activites your child will love. The activities are unique, creative, and age appropriate.
Learning Program
Our learning program is a very important part of the children's summer camp experience. The children learn material which is compatible with their school grade level and is age appropriate. The learning ranges from chumash, parsha, and stories for the younger children to mishnayos, gemara, and halacha for the older children.
Sports with Spirit
Supervised by our experienced instructors, children develop sportsmanship, confidence, and the ability to enjoy all sports including baseball, kickball, soccer, football, basketball, hockey and more!
Swimming
The wetter, the better... Camp Gan Yisroel is extremely proud of its swimming program, where all activities take place in an outdoor swimming pool and are supervised by certified Red Cross lifeguards. Swimming instruction ranges from beginner to advanced.
Arts 'n Crafts
The emphasis in this program is to nurture creative self-expression and imagination. Our highly resourceful arts and crafts counselors facilitate various innovative projects including ceramics, fabric painting, food decorating, baking and woodcrafts.
Field Trips
Children enjoy exciting trips twice a week. Past trips have included Ice skating, Port Discovery, Jeepers, Maize Quest, Bowling, Berry Picking, Oriole Game, Fire Museum, Boating, Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Earth Treks, Roller Skating, Theme Park, and much more!
Special Activites
Late Night Bar-B-Q, Slurpee Runaway, Chinese Auction, Chai Lifeline Swimathon and Fresh Pizza Fridays
Pioneers
A special curriculum for eleven year old boys includes a great learning program, special trips and activities, a late night, Theme Park Grand trip, and much more!
